Bar Roma, located in Andersonville, will celebrate Negroni Week with a trio of craft cocktails, available Wednesday, September 14 through Sunday, September 18. Mixologist Devin Colloton’s libations include Blonde Negroni, Boulevardier and Sbagliato ($14 each). A portion of the proceeds from each drink during “Negroni Week” will benefit Slow Food.
Pair your Negroni with Chef/Partner Fred Ramos’ Italian cuisine, including crispy carnaroli rice croquettes, PEI mussels, braised beef cheek meatballs, classic cacio e pepe, baked eggplant parmesan, wood grilled rainbow trout, and more. The complete menu may be viewed here
