Another Italian on the team is Daniele Milliani as executive sous chef. Starting at the age of 14, Milliani is described by Jumeirah as having “an innate passion for Italian cuisine, with an expertise in Tuscany cuisine.”
Before Jumeirah, he worked at Badrutt’s Palace Hotel in St. Moritz as executive sous chef. Prior to that, he was with Four Seasons in the Maldives as executive sous chef, acting as executive chef for four restaurants, spanning Italian, Indian, all-day dining and grill-focused cooking.
